Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Design and develop launch NB Learning Academy to include curriculum and learning solutions in support of job-related departmental training. In collaboration with business leaders and HR, assess employees' needs and customize training programs to improve their job performance. Train new and existing employees on department processes & procedures. Conduct and host various types of training sessions, such as in classroom, virtual, recorded, and on-site. Track, evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of training sessions and provide feedback to stakeholders/business leaders. Create training materials, such as presentations, handouts, etc. Employ test case files, questions, and hands-on practice to engage the audience and reinforce learning. In collaboration with business leaders and HR, create and facilitate recurring department onboarding. Coordinate ‘onboarding day’ by scheduling speakers/vendors, events and breakfast/lunch as needed. Qualifications: A minimum of bachelor’s degree (BSc) in education, business, finance, Human Resources (HR) and other related courses. Develop and cultivate a never-ending appetite for learning to broaden your knowledge. Strong organization and time-management skills to prioritize, delegate tasks and set goals for productivity. Creative and problem-solving skills to invent new ways to accommodate the learning needs of contemporary learners. Expert level communicator both verbal and written. High level of interpersonal skills to inspire and engage learners. Good research skills to perform advanced and analytical research to find reliable and relevant content for the learner. High empathy skills and understanding of effective teaching methodologies and the willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in teaching. Ability to execute projects from beginning to end with minimal supervision. Location: Miami with 30% yearly Travel We know there's a lot to consider.
