Position Requirements

Undergraduate degree plus five to seven years of banking experience with increased supervisory experience preferred Banking School graduate preferred Five to seven years of lending experience in a banking environment preferred; specifically experience in underwriting consumer credits preferred Five to seven years of experience making outside sales calls preferred Capable of sound lending decisions and collecting past dues High level written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to represent bank in a professional manner Excellent organizational and analytical skills Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Critical thinking and reasoning ability Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively with attention to detail Ability to meet deadlines Excellent professional and business appearance Ability to professionally interact with colleagues and the general public Full-Time/Part-Time
