Job Summary
The Director of Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll will be responsible for leading a team of professionals and overseeing all aspects of the compensation, health & welfare benefits, and payroll programs for all employees. This includes developing compensation and benefit strategies that drive growth, attract & retain talent, optimize the workforce, and drive productivity.

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or another related field is required. A master's degree is preferred.
  • 7+ years of Human Resources experience, including at least 5 years of leadership experience is required. Experience with design & implementation of compensation and benefit plans is desired.
  • Solid knowledge of legislation governing pay and benefit plans required.
  • Experience and proficiency with HR information systems, applicant tracking systems, excel, word, and PowerPoint required.
  • Financial acumen, including the ability to identify and implement cost-effective programs is preferred. LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS, CREDENTIALS, REGISTRATIONS • Valid identification required.
  • Preference given for one or more of the following certifications:
    • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
    • Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS).
    • Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
    • Senior Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
