Business Development Representative

Charger Water Treatment Products is seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding our customer base within the water treatment industry. As an integral part of our sales team in the east coast region: Palm Beach to Jacksonville. You will engage with potential clients, identify their needs, and promote our innovative water treatment solutions. EKey Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients Present and demonstrate our products and solutions to clients Work closely with the sales team to create sales strategies and meet targets Provide feedback and insights from clients to improve our offerings Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions Requirements Proven experience in business development or sales Strong knowledge of the water treatment industry is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to travel frequently in the east coast region: Palm Beach to Jacksonville Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets Strong organizational and time management skills Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Benefits $50,000 base plus commission New hire bonus that accrues to $1000 at the end of your first year Comprehensive Benefits Package including Medical with HSA card, Dental, Vision, Long and Short Term Disability, 401K with company matching, and Life Insurance.
