JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary/Objective

As a Specialist, youll work in conjunction with teams across the organization to create and design content ranging from leadership and development to operations and compliance, ultimately helping each region move toward its desired goals. Great technological acumen, an eye for design, and high organizational skills are a must for this role

Essential Functions

  1. Designs, develops, and delivers engaging training and curricula using appropriate learning methodology including e-learning.
  2. Works with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop and maintain content
  3. Markets development resources and communicates programs and curriculum to key stakeholders
  4. Provides reporting on employee recognition programs
  5. Regularly reviews metrics and proactively seeks out new and improved techniques for innovation and engagement
  6. Communicates ideas effectively, verbally and in writing, to a wide range of audiences

Work Environment

This role is a hybrid role, meaning that it requires you work a minimum of one shift in-store per week. The rest of the time would be traditional office expectations.

Physical Demands

Must be able to perform repetitious hand/eye movement. Must be able to sit for long periods, must be able to stand for long periods, must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. Must have reliable transportation.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work (while not on-shift) are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Required Education and Experience

  1. High School diploma or GED
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Education and Experience

  1. Bachelors degree or equivalent post-secondary degree in a related field
  2. Instructional design/development
  3. 2+ years gamification and/or e-learning experience
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  5. Proficiency in Adobe programs
  6. Sales Experience with Cellular Sales
