Develop and utilize techniques to encourage suppliers to present ideas and products which will improve TCOM products and/or profit position Negotiate standard purchasing agreement and any subsequent amendments thereto with the successful bidder, setting forth and reaching understanding and agreement on, statement of work, delivery dates, prices, reporting requirements, financial terms and other contractual conditions Administer negotiated contracts on a continuing basis as regards such factors as changes, problems and progress.
