Position Summary

The Event Activation Assistant will support Life Time Partnership Marketing in executing contract entitlements for partners across all Life Time athletic events. The Assistant will be responsible for tracking all executed sponsorship and vendor contracts as well as serve as the main point of contact for several partners and will be responsible for the management of their contract entitlements. The Assistant will track and manage digital sponsorship entitlements for clients across all events. The position will work across multiple internal departments to coordinate client onsite activation needs and will be responsible for compiling and producing client recap decks.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Tracks all executed sponsorship and vendor contracts
  • Serves as point of contact for select clients and manage their contracted benefits and entitlements
  • Tracks and manages digital sponsorship entitlements for clients across all events
  • Works across multiple internal departments to coordinate client onsite activation needs
  • Compiles post event recap notes and create final client recap decks
Position Requirements
  • Some College in a related field
  • One year of experience in sponsorship management, event planning or hospitality management
  • Ability to multi-task and learn quickly
  • Ability to handle and resolve client conflicts in a professional, tactful manner
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Exceptional time management and scheduling skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Use reasoning and solve problems through deduction
Preferred Requirements
  • Ability to operate a personal computer
  • Knowledge of standard office procedures and computer software
  • Excellent project management skills
