ORGANIZATION RELATIONSHIPS This position reports to the Senior Manager, People Business Partner. The role advises the Director of Plant Operations, Plant Managers, and leaders at the Restaurant Support Center as their direct business partner. The People Business Partner interacts with executive and senior leadership, other People leaders, as well as Legal, Operations, Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll and Accounting/Finance, Marketing, HRIS, and Information Technology. QUALIFICATIONS Educational Level/Certifications · Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred. · One or more of the following certificates/credentials are recommended: o PHR/SPHR o SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP Work Experience, Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Fluent in English and Spanish. Manufacturing and/or food production, warehouse, distribution experience; multi-unit experience. 3+ years of people management experience. 8+ years of related experience of progressive general HR experience including talent management/succession planning, team member relations, compliance, compensation, benefits, and training. Labor relations experience strongly preferred. · Ability to maintain highly confidentiality information. · Build relationships by establishing connections at all levels to build trust, share ideas and accomplish work. · Strong developer of talent by leveraging strengths, setting expectations, encouragement, and coaching. · Inspires others by setting a vision, creates confidence and challenges the team to deliver their best work. · Holds self and others responsible for performance through consistent and fair accountability. · Leads change aligned with our purpose, values, and strategic plan. · Excellent leadership with a track record of developing and maintaining high performing teams.
