Job Title: Accounts Payable Administrator

Job Description

+ Assist with the resolution of vendor disputes and inquiries to facilitate vendor invoice payments.

+ Monitor compliance with relevant corporate policies and procedures.

+ Reconcile vendor statements and request copies of invoices from vendors as needed.

+ Serve as back up for Disbursements AP Specialist completing SOX controls related to E-payments and supply chain financing payments.

+ Conduct payment batch pulls, wire reconciliation, and expedited processing.

Hard Skills

+ 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience in Shared Services environment.

+ Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in an accurate, efficient and timely manner

+ Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office applications specifically Word and Excel

+ Ability to read, write and speak Spanish

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 3 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Dallas, Texas.

Work Environment

On-site 5 days/week for the first 2 months. May have flexibility to move to a 4/1 schedule down the road. 5 people currently on AP team. Position will report to AP Manager.
