This position also facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience. This role is available as fulltime with the following schedule:ScheduleMonday: 8:00AM-5:00PM (1HR LUNCH)Tuesday: 8:00AM-5:00PM (1HR LUNCH)Wednesday: OFFThursday: 8:00AM-5:00PM (1HR LUNCH)Friday: 8:00AM-5:00PM (1HR LUNCH)Saturday: 9:30AM-12:30PMThis position will be located at 1338 4th St New Philadelphia, Ohio 44663Pay for this position is: $16.50 / hourResponsibilitiesTakeincoming calls- reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops and other vendorsManage outgoing calls forcallback management, A/Rs and miscellaneous calls as assignedProvide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phoneMeet and greet customers in a friendly and timely mannerProvide directions and general assistanceAssist to assess condition of rental upon returnProcess returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactionsEffectively market the company while picking up customers up and/or dropping off customer in a safe and courteous manner and assisting customers as neededUnderstand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other servicesMay sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipmentResponsible for notifying Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenanceClean vehicle interior and exterior by hand or by operating washing equipment when neededPerform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as: research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, process customer billingPerform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assignedEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/VeteransQualificationsMust be at least 18 years oldHigh school diploma or GED equivalent requiredMust have at least 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experienceMust have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 yearsNo drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 yearsMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.Apart from religious observation, must be able to work the following schedule(s)Monday: 8:00AM-5:00PM (1HR LUNCH)Tuesday: 8:00AM-5:00PM (1HR LUNCH)Wednesday: OFFThursday: 8:00AM-5:00PM (1HR LUNCH)Friday: 8:00AM-5:00PM (1HR LUNCH)Saturday: 9:30AM-12:30PM
