The Patient Service Coordinator manages the intake of patients into the practice, screens for emergent conditions, registers, verifies and explains patient responsibility for payment. Performs check in and check out procedures by inputting patient charges andverifyingdemographic and insurance information. Coordinates efficient patient flow through the practice or hospitalize department assigned. Supports organization initiatives related tomodern technology, clinical programs and improving the patient experience. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. 6 months - 1 yr.providinghigh quality customer servicerequired, preferably in ahealthcaresetting. ICD 9 and 10 Code Experience preferred.
