We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient experiences. The successful candidate will have the ability to coordinate patient care and schedules appointments with healthcare providers, including office visits, specialists, testing, and surgical procedures. They will also act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare teams, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues that may arise.

In addition to their technical skills, our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers. They will be able to provide administrative support to physicians and staff, including answering phone calls, relaying messages, and transmitting information to the appropriate personnel.

As a valued member of our team, the Patient Navigator will participate in meetings and committees, representing the department and hospital in community outreach efforts.
