As an Assistant Supervisor, you will be part of a team supporting a high-profile customer, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the operation. This role requires working Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 22:00. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Carry out warehouse operations using a WMS through handheld scanners and workstations. Lead a team of Operatives, coordinating activities to achieve business objectives through continuous improvement and employee engagement. Update line management on progress throughout the day, maintaining workflow. Monitor team absence and performance, taking necessary actions with Supervisor support. Report and record any personnel or conduct issues promptly, occasionally handling low-level administration tasks. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Previous warehouse experience. Team player with some team-leading experience. Good communication skills, attention to detail, and basic computer skills. Great accuracy, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and targets. Commitment to health and safety. WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?
