Job Summary

Pilot Flying J is on the lookout for a highly skilled and experienced Food Services Manager to assist in overseeing our bustling, quick-service restaurants.

As a Food Service Manager, you will support the Restaurant General Manager and play a vital role in managing the restaurant operations within a travel center. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Filling in for the Restaurant General Manager as needed
  • Assisting the GM in selecting, coaching, training, and developing team members
  • Directing and assigning tasks to team members
  • Creating a positive and productive work environment
  • Expediting food service and aiding in food preparation
  • Ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and adherence to food safety standards

Compensation

Starting pay rates range from $43,000 to $59,750.00 annually.

Qualifications

To excel as a Food Service Manager, you must possess outstanding leadership and customer service skills, along with a strong sense of integrity and accountability at the managerial level.

Additional requirements include:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent certification
  • A minimum of one year of food service management experience
  • The ability to work a flexible schedule
