Key Responsibilities Campaign Development and Execution: Assist in the creation, implementation, and management of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media, email marketing). Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing goals and objectives, translating them into actionable digital strategies. Content Strategy and Creation: Develop engaging content for digital platforms, including blogs, social media posts, and email newsletters. Work with designers and content creators to ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. SEO and SEM Optimization: Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings. Assist in managing paid search campaigns, including keyword bidding, ad copy creation, and performance analysis. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Prepare detailed reports on campaign metrics, including ROI, conversion rates, and overall effectiveness. Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on campaign progress and addressing any concerns or questions. Present marketing strategies and results to clients, ensuring they understand the impact of their digital marketing efforts. Industry Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, including changes to algorithms, new tools, and emerging platforms. Provide insights and recommendations based on industry trends to help clients stay ahead of the competition. Skills And Qualifications Digital Marketing Expertise: Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in using analytics tools to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement. Content Creation: Experience in creating compelling and effective digital content that resonates with target audiences. Understanding of content marketing strategies and the ability to collaborate with content creators. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey marketing strategies and results to clients. Strong presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions and client needs. Eagerness to learn and stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot.
