Job Summary and Qualifications

Digital Marketing specialist is responsible for managing the development of all HealthTrust digital marketing activities, providing leadership as well as support for tactical execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This position will work closely with the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager to develop a long-term roadmap, identify strategies for optimizing online marketing channels, and manage lead generation.

This role provides day-to-day management of all digital projects while working with internal resources and vendors to complete projects on time and on budget. Role works cross-functionally to deliver aligned and integrated marketing and communications plans. The ideal candidate is goal oriented, possesses exceptional attention to detail and has a strong expertise in all dimensions of email campaigns and web marketing. The digital marketing specialist will bring deep experience in this role that can be drawn upon to accelerate the companys strategic objectives.

What you will do in this role:

  • Work collaboratively with our Strategic Marketing team to design and execute on digital marketing campaigns.
  • Leverage cross-departmental relationships to support marketing needs using creative/data-driven strategies.
  • Conduct research, monitor marketing trends and highlight opportunities for growth.
  • Manage digital marketing technology stack to optimize infrastructure, resources and tools.
  • Oversee maintenance and enhancements to all member and employee portals.
  • Determine key metrics to monitor the performance of websites, social media and digital campaigns.
  • Support data extraction, segmentation and list management needs for marketing projects.
  • Develop workflows and governance to support content management needs.
  • Ensure all sites and systems adhere to standards for branding, security and usability.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What qualifications you will need:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications or computer science
  • Minimum of 4 yrs. experience of progressive responsibility in digital marketing positions.
  • Experience working across all management levels in a highly-matrixed environment.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing technologies and deployment.
  • Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns.
  • Proven experience selecting and deploying a variety of MarCom technology applications to support web development, blogs, podcasts, email marketing campaigns, social media, SEO and PPC campaigns, surveys, web analytics, digital asset management, ISP hosting and web development.

Experience with the following:

  • Content management systems and ecommerce.
  • Design applications (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, InDesign and Acrobat).
  • SaaS: HubSpot or equivalent, and Google analytics and other online monitoring tools.
  • Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong planning, project management and requirements gathering skills.
  • Self-starter with demonstrated capability to work in fast-paced, dynamic marketing environment.
  • Communicates clearly and concisely, both written and verbal.
  • Experience conferring with technical and functional experts in a problem-solving environment.
