How You Will Make a Difference

As we expand our services in new and existing markets, we're looking for a Treasury Analyst who shares our values of being Trustworthy, Capable, Compassionate, Proactive, and most importantly, Called to serve patients in their home. The Treasury Analyst supports a variety of functions, but most importantly the Treasury Analyst will be responsible for overseeing financial transactions, treasury function, liquidity management, treasury risk management, cash management and asset management within the organization. In this role, you will be involved in performing various banking and treasury functions for the group entities.

As the Treasury Analyst, you will:
  • Prepare daily cash position reporting and manage daily cash and banking activities (balance reporting, electronic receipts and payments, maintenance of accounts and other treasury services, etc.)
  • Process daily ACH's and Wire requests
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly financial forecasts such as revenue, expenses, and loan estimations
  • Document transactions and maintain accurate ledgers and financial databases.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards along with banking regulations and internal policies
  • Implement best practices and streamline treasury workflows
  • Maintain accurate, timely and well-organized files and supporting documentation for areas of responsibility.
  • Work with different departments, business partners, and vendors to verify bank transactions
  • Assist staff, management, and internal/external partners with issues resolution
  • Research and resolve bank questions and reconciliation issues

Experience to Deliver on Our Mission
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (preferred)
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) (preferred)
  • Minimum two years treasury analyst or cash management experience required
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups and handling large amounts of data)
  • Must be comfortable working in a high volume, data-intensive environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter; ability to multi-task and work with limited supervision
  • Ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization promptly and professionally
