Business Development RepresentativeUS East Office (Jacksonville, FL) or US West office (Highlands Ranch, CO)We Exist to Transform our Customers and Change LivesSummary:The Strategic Business Development Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. Your primary function is to qualify marketing leads as sales opportunities through calls and emails, as well as to maintain all data accurately in CRM (NetSuite). You will join a team of marketing leaders focused on transforming more customers and changing more lives.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Support sales revenue goals by executing demand generation campaigns, including outbound lead qualification, prospecting and nurturing:Outbound Lead Qualification: Engage with sales inquiry or online chat to qualify them as sales ready, update CRM and route to sales as appropriateEmail Prospecting: Contact potential customers through calls and emailsLead Nurturing: Build trusting relationship with prospective customers through regular email touchpoints, routing them to sales once ready to engage in sales cycleConduct initial qualification, identifying client needs and position appropriate products/servicesSet up meetings or calls between prospective customers and sales teamManage and maintain quality of NetSuite databasePrepare and analyze a variety of lead reports in both CRM and ExcelEducation and Experience:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent marketing and sales experience preferred1+ years relevant experience (Business Development, Sales, WMS, ERP, etc.)Strong written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal, presentation, email, and phone skillsProficient in and a minimum of four (4) years of experience using Microsoft Office applicationsMust work well independently, be able to prioritize and meet deadlinesExcellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-taskMust be creative, energetic, extremely organized and detail-orientedExperience with NetSuite CRM is preferredGeneral Information:The above noted job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities that may be assigned but rather to give personnel so classified a general sense of the responsibilities and expectations of the job.
