Sales Account Manager

Job Purpose
The Sales Account Manager is to provide excellent customer support with assigned Key Customer account requests through sales calls, providing quotations, sourcing for open requirements and follow up with customers as well as develop account relationships through meetings, outbound sales calls and emails.
This role will support the EMEA region with remote capabilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with inbound quote requests via email, and phone
Make outbound sales calls, developing customer relationships that demonstrate an understanding of their business and needs
Continual development of profitable owned accounts that regularly meet the owned account requirements
Provide total customer support by sourcing parts where appropriate
Conduct daily follow-ups on existing quotes to obtain feedback and push for orders
Assist with order processing, expediting, and status updates
Review of Open Order Report to ensure OTD with assigned customers
Help with market research projects that help gain further sales growth
Must fully understand ITS and industry regulated Certification and Traceability Requirements
Help grow our customer base by developing new sales opportunities and outbound sales calls that will further develop relationships to grow end-user inquiries into owned accounts
Help develop organizational and operational excellence by upholding company policies and procedures as well as demonstrating a level of professionalism and communication consistent with the expectations of the position
Help increase liquidity by utilizing time and resources efficiently
Identify genuine opportunities by developing and growing the customer base
Provide the best customer service in the industry
Identify purchasing and consignment opportunities with existing customers
Recognize and communicate industry trends and news
Recognize and analyze customer purchasing patterns in order to better anticipate customer needs while communicating internally with supply chain to drive customer fulfillment
Uphold ITS policies, procedures and a strong company image
Maintain a culture of professionalism and quality
Identify opportunities to sell aging inventory
Work with the sales leadership team to ensure market is maintained and/or appropriate pricing
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Aviation experience preferred
Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Suite
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to multitask
Demonstrable aptitude in effective negotiating
Develops and maintains strong business relationships
Proven account management and sales experience
Working Conditions
Some travel required: (5%)
Physical Requirements
While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
