The daily responsibilities for this role are:

* Answering phones and scheduling appointments

* Communicating with teachers, staff and clients.

* Selling minimal retail / supplies at the desk.

* Interacting with customers, ranging from children to adults Required Skills & Experience

- Sales Skills

- Customer Service: 2+ years

- People person

- Experienced with Microsoft office and Google products

- Great phone skills

- Ability to work alone

- Ability to multitask and keep up with many details

- Manage a fast-paced environment

- Must be okay with working weekends

- Schedule example:

32 hours a week

Tue (half day)/Wed/Thurs/Fri: 12:30-9pm

Sat: 9-5:30pm

**Sun/Mon OFF** Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
