Wij zoeken een salarisadministrateur die ons team, bestaande uit 2 personen, komt versterken. Samen jouw collega’s ben je volledig verantwoordelijk voor de juiste en tijdige verwerking van de salarissen van onze medewerkers, waarvan het grootste deel op uurloonbasis werkt.
Je bent daarnaast het aanspreekpunt voor salaris gerelateerde vragen van medewerkers en managers. Je zorgt voor de juiste verwerking en aanlevering van salarismutaties en bijbehorende rapportages en je bent in staat om een volledige salarisrun te verwerken. In deze rol ben je uiteraard op de hoogte van de actuele wet- en regelgeving. De salarisadministratie werkt nauw samen met het HR team, samen zorgen we ervoor dat we alles goed voor onze medewerkers regelen
In deze rol kan je flexibel werken, zowel vanuit huis als op kantoor. Dit kan je in overleg met jouw collega’s bepalen.
Continuum verzorgt de salarisadministratie inhouse en maakt daarbij gebruik van de software van SDworx.
Waar beschik je over:
HBO werk- en denkniveau aangevuld met een vakgerichte opleiding PDL en/of VPS;
Uitgebreide kennis en ervaring met MS Office, met name Excel;
1-3 jaar ervaring binnen een soortgelijke functie;
Je bent accuraat en stressbestendig;
Je bent een expert in procesmatig, effectief en efficiënt werken.
Je bent flexibel en minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar maar de voorkeur gaat uit naar fulltime beschikbaarheid;
Bij voorkeur beheersing van de Engelse taal.
Bij voorkeur kennis van SDworx
Woonachtig in omgeving Amersfoort, dan wel Enschede
Thuiswerken binnen deze rol is een vanzelfsprekendheid, maar we zien je ook graag af en toe op een van onze vestigingen.
De salarisindicatie voor deze rol is €3.000-€3.500 bruto per maand.
