Job Summary:

Rose International is a leading provider of innovative staffing solutions, and we're seeking a highly skilled Payroll Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit individual employee pay records and reconcile totals by department, location, and country.
  • Assist with payroll EIB loads and audits for each pay cycle.
  • Reconcile employee deductions and employer costs to third-party payments.
  • Process new hires, terminations, and employee changes.
  • Serve as backup for other payroll team members.
  • Verify compliance with various statutory payroll requirements.
  • Manage payroll tickets for US and Canada.
  • Assist with external audits as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, HR, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience processing payroll in a medium-sized or larger organization.
  • Experience in payroll compliance and auditing, with a federal government contract preferred.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Demonstrates initiative, flexibility, and follow-through.
  • Attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well within tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience with Client Pro Certification a plus.
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred.
