GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION LoJac, LLC is currently seeking an experienced and talented Operations Support Specialist, who is dedicated to professional growth for themselves and our company. This position plays an integral part in the success of our office and field operations in the service market by providing outstanding back-office support to the Area Manager and Operations Supervisor. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the daily appointment dispatching of equipment and operators to scheduled customer projects Responsible for review and approval processes within the field service module for completing customer appointments Assists Area Manager in the review and approval processes of all field employee payroll time captured on the dispatched appointments Assists Area Manager in business development and customer relationship management for the service area and beyond Assists Operations Supervisor by facilitating effective communication between all employees at the service area location Schedule and attend customer meet and greets, luncheons, etc. Attend and assist with trade shows, conventions, association meetings, and more. Assists Area Manager and Operations Supervisor with any and all tasks required to provide effective office and field operations for the service area and beyond Complete all paperwork in a timely manner as needed by management QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB Minimum High School Diploma; Associates Degree Preferred but not required. Minimum Experience in Construction industry 1 year (Preferred) Candidate MUST have a high attention to detail and accuracy within their work Positive attitude, willingness to learn, high level of integrity Must pass background and drug screen prior to hire PAY AND BENEFITS Competitive Pay based upon candidate experience and education.
