Job summary:

A Customer Service Assistant serves as the primary point of contact between our business and our customers. In this role, you will handle various customer interactions, including placing orders, providing information, offering advice, managing returns, and addressing complaints. You will work in a fast-paced call center environment, handling a volume of 40-50 calls per day.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer calls on a daily basis, entering details for both existing and new orders into SAP.

Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Prioritize and manage tasks effectively, utilizing sound judgment to implement corrective actions when necessary.

Conduct data research as needed to support customer inquiries and problem-solving.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in SAP.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a B2B environment.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent communication and client interface skills.

Independent problem solver with the ability to work autonomously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Prior experience with SAP is a plus but not required.

Work Environment:

100% customer call-taking environment within a call center.

High volume of calls, requiring efficiency and accuracy in entering order details into SAP.

Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
