As a key member of our office support team, you will be responsible for coordinating home improvement projects with our team of skilled craftsmen and customers throughout the South Shore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate home improvement projects with a team of 15-20 craftsmen and customers throughout the South Shore.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through strong telephone and written communication skills.
  • Manage small business details while working independently, including scheduling, customer support, job tracking, billing, staff communications, and phone calls.
  • Utilize office equipment and computer skills to efficiently manage tasks and responsibilities.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver quality workmanship and professional service to our customers.

Requirements:

  • Strong telephone and written communication skills.
  • Dedication to excellent customer service.
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to work with people.
  • Ability to manage small business details while working independently.
  • Confident with typical office equipment and computer skills, especially Microsoft products such as Outlook, Excel, Word, CRM, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of home repair and light remodeling is a plus.
  • Experience working in a Customer Service Role or Telemarketing Role is preferred.
