Customer Service Representative

Look no further - Advanced Plumbing Systems LLC is on the hunt for a dedicated full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Washington, MO You will earn $16 to $18/hour, based on experience. We also provide excellent benefits, including employee-paid health insurance, company-matching retirement plan, access to Aflac benefits, paid holidays, paid time off (PTO), and continuing education reimbursement. Additionally, we offer this position dental and vision coverage.
WORK SCHEDULE:
You'll work a Monday - Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, ensuring your weekends are all yours. Get ready to embrace work-life balance while contributing your skills to a team that values your time.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:
Imagine starting your day with a cheerful greeting to customers over the phone, directing their inquiries with ease and accuracy. As a Customer Service Representative, your day continues with preparing outgoing mail, sorting incoming mail for efficient distribution, and keeping our workspace organized and efficient. You'll be the expert behind the scenes, scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and ensuring management's calendar flows seamlessly. When it comes to our new construction projects, you'll maintain schedules and communicate changes or concerns to upper management - your role is integral to our success. In case of emergency callbacks, you'll be there to ensure swift resolution, and you'll play an active role in maintaining a positive workplace culture. Your attention to detail and communication skills will shine as you respond to customer reviews, manage office equipment needs, and collaborate with management on projects.
WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:
- At least 18 years of age or older
- Computer proficiency and adept at using various applications and software
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
- Multitasking and prioritization skills
One or more years of customer service experience is preferred.
