The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelors degree in Engineering from an Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited college or university; a Masters degree in Business Administration or Engineering Management is preferred.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in designing and managing the construction of Water/Wastewater plants and distribution/collection systems, with at least three (3) years of experience supervising and developing a team of direct reports.
- In lieu of formal supervisory experience, managing project teams, budgets, and leadership training may be considered.
- A Florida Professional Engineer license or the ability to obtain one within a year is required.
