About Us:

Argus Event Staffing is a leading event staffing company based in Denver, Colorado. We specialize in providing top-notch event staffing solutions to a wide range of clients. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated HR Generalist to join our administration and operations team.

Responsibilities:
  • Primary point of contact for all employee inquiries, issues or concerns.
  • Develops and maintains strong relationships with venue leadership teams for HR support.
  • Works in partnership with the HR Director in the recruitment process for leadership positions and front line team members.
  • Administers the Argus attendance policy, tracking attendance records and addressing violations.
  • Leads employee benefit programs.
  • Coordinates all unemployment claims as well as Reasonable Accommodations.
  • Maintains accurate employee records and documentation to ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws.
  • Assist in performance management processes, providing guidance to managers on performance reviews and goal setting.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of all HR policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve processes.
Experience and Skills
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in high volume employee personnel relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • HR Certification recommended but not required.

  • Adaptable: Handles a variety of tasks and switches between different HR functions seamlessly.
