Position Title: Account Manager Classification: Hourly Non-Exempt

Compensation:

$18 Per Hour +Commission

Hours:

Full Time Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. No weekend work

Environment:

Position Summary:

Recognize business/sales opportunities and prospects, then present solutions in a knowledgeable and professional manner. Increase sales volume and new customer base as well as, service existing customers, and generate repeat sales. Demonstrate a professional image of the brand at all times and ask for a referral to grow the business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Stop and see every business on his/her route. Introduce the brand to businesses and explain the promotional materials and specials. Build rapport with potential customers. Explain versatility of the company. Introduce services provided. Bring back business card and information needed to quote potential jobs. Maintain a consistent and organized follow up system. Follow up on all leads. Accurately fill in sign layout forms and work orders. Assist in operating and managing the store when needed. Remarket areas every three months. Keep a running inventory of all stock and supplies for the marketing program. Complete in store training. Maintain an organized, clean and professional store appearance at all times.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements: Must be computer knowledgeable and willing to learn to be proficient in various software programs. Must also pass basic math and spelling tests. Possess a good understanding of sales and marketing tactics. Have excellent communication and customer service skills. Outgoing personality and willingness to work with the public on a daily basis. Screen printing, embroidery, wide format printing, car wraps, sign making, or signage installation. 1-2 years experience.

Physical Demands: Must have ability to stand or walk for long periods of time.
