Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Service Coordinator to join our amazing culture. In this role, you will answer, respond to, and meet the needs of all incoming customer service calls by handling these calls in a professional, efficient, effective and timely manner ensuring Convergint becomes the customers’ first choice for service. What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience”

Answer, respond to, and meet the needs of all incoming customer service calls by handling these calls in a professional, efficient, effective and timely manner ensuring Convergint becomes the customers’ first choice for service.
Provide co-ordination of service with technicians, sub-contractors and customers within designated CTC location.
May act as a lead, coordinating the work of others, but not a supervisor.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
What You’ll Need
Exceptional telephone and personal customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills.
Strong financial knowledge and skills—ability to understand financials such as accounts receivable/payable, purchase orders, work orders, etc.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects tasks simultaneously.
Excellent ability to facilitate a collaborative working environment for customers and team members.

Requirements:
Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience
Minimum Experience: 3-5 years call center, dispatch, or administrative
Preferred Experience: (but not required):
Experience in a construction industry environment
