Requirements:
Consolidated reporting, participate in budget management, financial analysis, forecasting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting private equity firm
Compliance reporting for term notes and ABL (Banking)
Involved with Month end closing
Participate in year-end financial audits
Will manage 3 direct reports [ 1 A/R and 2 A/P ]
SOMEONE WITH 10 YRS + exp. –should have exp. In a distribution firm
