The Marketing Systems Specialist manages, enhances, and maintains overall marketing systems. The ideal candidate will think logically to solve challenges, proactively identify areas for improvement, and support marketing team members with technical capabilities.

A high school degree is required, while a BA/BS in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred. With 3+ years in multifamily, including 1 year in multifamily marketing, responsibilities include system management, configuration, user access, training, and troubleshooting systems. Collaborate with Systems and IT teams for integration, and work with Talent Development on learning logistics. As the SME, you will provide insights for workflow enhancement and stay up to date with industry trends, recommending tools to optimize marketing systems and operations.
