Job Summary

The Northwest Bank is seeking a highly skilled Marketing & Communications Specialist to support the development and implementation of a unified, cost-effective marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and communications, with experience in project management, data analysis, and creative review.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Chief Operations Officer to manage the Bank's Service Quality plans, initiatives, and activities.
  • Develop and maintain the Bank's Service Quality Playbook and engage with other divisions and employees as needed to execute and drive adoption.
  • Design and execute the Bank's Service Quality research program, including customer surveys and industry benchmarking.
  • Interpret research results and provide analysis, assess trends, make recommendations for improvement, and drive resolution with Division Managers.
  • Support identified training, development, systems, and other improvements needed to meet desired Service Quality and sales tracking metrics.
  • Develop and maintain the foundational content required to execute successfully on sales and marketing initiatives, consistent with the Northwest Bank brand.
  • Report to Executive Management and the Board of Directors, as needed, the results of the Bank's Service Quality & Marketing initiatives.
  • Support the Bank's CRM and Pipeline platform.
  • Support specific initiatives, including event planning.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business, or other appropriate area.
  • 2 years marketing experience, preferably in finance.
  • Strong project management and time management skills, attention to detail.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills with collaboration and productivity tools, including Windows-based operating systems and office suites.
  • Able to effectively manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Ability to communicate with tact, discretion, and courtesy with all levels within and outside the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2 years banking experience.
  • Able to incorporate and edit material from various sources to create cohesive and clear content.
  • Experience in working with professional printing, publishing, and creative vendors.
