Job Title: Civil Engineer

Job Description

Seeking a dynamic Civil Engineer in Training (EIT) to join a growing consulting firm. This role involves direct collaboration with experienced project managers in client meetings, discussing expectations, budgeting, scheduling, and proposals for various commercial site development projects. The successful candidate will also generate design and production documents under the guidance of different project managers, with a primary focus on site development including site grading and utility coordination.

Hard Skills

+ Civil Engineer with 2-4 years of experience

+ Civil3D design experience 2-4 years

+ Site Development with 2-4 years in site grading and commercial land development

Soft Skills

+ Strong collaboration skills

+ Effective communication

+ Ability to manage multiple projects

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Maple Grove, Minnesota and some days remote.

Work Environment

Located in Maple Grove, MN, this position requires reporting to the office. The firm operates on a hybrid schedule, allowing for both in-office collaboration and remote work. Field visits are part of the role, although the majority of time will be spent in the office focusing on design and project management.
