The Global Customer Service Specialist - Bilingual in English and Spanish
This role will be part of a growing team serving our international customers. The Global Customer Service Specialist's primary role is to process international English and Spanish orders and assist customers with orders, returns, providing documents and forms, and other needed support. This position also works with other Tyndale departments in order to efficiently and accurately assist customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keying orders on a daily basis with both speed and accuracy.
- Completing the shipping documents required for customs as required by each country and customer.
- Staying up-to-date with the changing requirements for customs.
- Answering email and phone inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Keying adjustments to customer accounts related to shortages, overages, and billing errors.
- Knowing the Tyndale House Publishers product line to enable the most complete service to the customer.
- Finding pricing, availability, shipping dates, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by a customer.
- Exercising common sense and discernment in making decisions and knowing when to ask for a supervisor's input.
- Keeping other Tyndale departments aware of customer, product, and promotional issues as they arise.
- Always maintaining a professional attitude and presentation to every customer, internal and external.
- Some relevant work experience preferred
- Fluently bilingual in English and Spanish
- Well-organized and attentive to detail
- Proficient computer skills and basic math skills
- Ability to maintain a professional attitude and presentation to every customer
- Ability to confidently interact with an internationally diverse client base
- Must be able to adhere to Tyndale's statement of faith
