Estate Care Account Manager

- Responsible for managing the landscape and all it encompasses for 25-30 Summerhill Estate Care client properties

- Operate as lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to each account

- Build and maintain strong, long lasting customer relationships

- Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit

- Develop new business, opportunities to upsell or identify areas of improvement to increase revenue

- Handle challenging client requests or issues, escalating as needed

- Work with administrative staff to ensure accounts are current and up to date

- Liaise between field staff and senior management

- Relay customer requests to field supervisors and foremen and ensure they are being completed in a timely manner and to Summerhill quality

- Ensure all deadlines are met efficiently and maintain budgets and profit margins

- Ensure weekly updates on each property are published on Slack and clients receive reports as needed

- Be available to work on Saturdays as needed during the busy season (April-July)

Required Skills/Abilities:

- 3 years of landscape or horticultural experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently

Physical requirements: prolonged periods driving, sitting
