Sales Manager role:

You will be Leading our sales departments strategies while utilizing your background in related fields of strong sales focus and proven success. You will have full support from your sales team to execute sale goals and sales strategies globally and domestically. At Monarch, we are a fast-growing hands-on organization with capabilities for continuous growth.

**Responsibilities:**

* Responsible for top-line revenue growth and building annual spending plans within targets provided by management.

* Responsible for keeping all spending in line with budget.

* Management of sales team in California, Oregon, and Washington.

* Responsible for market share growth throughout the United States and globally.

* Implementation and or support of global launch, sales allocations, and product pricing.

* Provides directive to the sales team on outreach, market work, demos, and sales activities.

* Monitor sales metrics and support implementation of sales strategies.

* Management of all product releasement, coordinate with teams to ensure the success of the marketplace.

* Executive team reporting of departments performance, distribution changes, or opportunities.

* Responsible for identifying and appointing importers of Monarch products.

* Coordinate events in the marketplace that facilitate press interaction and activities that lead to sales.

* Maintains current with Agriculture industry trends and market nationally and globally.

* Attends and directs sales team on national and global trade shows and events.

* Partners with executive team and marketing for strategic brand awareness, Social Media presence, and customer feedback.

* Actively involved with the development of the overall marketing team and press strategic plan.

* Build relationships with all customer channel and opinion molders and decision-makers.

**Job Requirements:**

**Education/Experience:**

* BA in Business Management, Marketing, or related field

* 8+ years directing national sales in Automotive, heavy equipment, Agriculture Equipment.

* 5+ years in Marketing programs for winery, agriculture, automotive, Technology, or related fields.

* 6+ years of proven national sales management

* Market travel of 2 weeks per month is expected.

* Must have excellent communication,

* organizational, and sales management skills

* Experience working in a startup operation

* Strong computer skills (word processing, HubSpot, zoom, slack, spreadsheet, database, email).

**Working Conditions:**

* 25 % travel by car and plane.

* Able to sit at and operate a computer

* Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time.

* Ability to verbally communicate effectively and professionally.
