Are you an experienced sales professional with a background in restaurant equipment & supplies, hospitality, or a related field? We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in our organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about sales and has a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, setting goals, providing coaching, and ensuring targets are met.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the restaurant equipment and hospitality sectors, expanding our customer base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals, including pricing, promotions, and product offerings.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management and adjusting strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Language: Must be fluent in English and Mandarin for verbal and written communication
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant equipment, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Sales Expertise: At least 3 years of proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team to success.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the restaurant equipment and hospitality industries, including key players, trends, and challenges.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently and negotiate effectively.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market data, sales performance, and client feedback to inform decision-making.
  • Cross Collaboration: The ability to execute effectively and strong communication skills to work with cross functional partners.
  • Customer Focused: A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.
