Requirements B.S., Marketing, Management, Business or related discipline and 3 years at a director level or Senior Manager in a manufacturing company, with the responsibilities of sales, similar discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management. Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge Microsoft Office, Order processing systems and Manufacturing software. Participative management type-advocates team concept. Well-developed interpersonal skills. Ability to get along with diverse personalities. Results oriented with the ability to balance other business considerations.
