We are looking for a talented Recruiter to join our team. A bridge between PRG and potential employees, this role will find qualified candidates for open positions, ensuring a good fit for both the company and the individual. Duties include collaborating with management to establish hiring criteria, understanding recruiting needs, and finding the best candidates.

Essential Functions
  • Relationships: Job Posting and Ongoing: Build and maintain relationships with management and candidates. Post open requisitions and work with management in determining the ideal hiring strategy. Stay connected with various talent pipelines keeping them informed about future opportunities. Represent PRG at job fairs and recruiting events.
  • Source and Attract Talent: Find potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media and professional networks. Draft job postings and sourcing emails to attract qualified applicants.
  • Screen and Evaluate Candidates: Review resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and assess skills and experience to identify the most suitable candidates for open roles.
  • Facilitate the Interview Process: Schedule interviews, prepare candidates with essential information, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth interview process.
  • Negotiate Offers: Present job offers to candidates and negotiate starting pay as necessary.
Experience:
  • 3+ years' experience in full life cycle recruitment; telecom recruitment experience is preferred.
  • Understanding of HR processes and talent acquisition trends.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to connect with potential candidates.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking software.
  • Strong communication and networking skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with employment laws specifically in regards to recruiting.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Experience in a high-volume environment and ability to shift focus as needed.
Skills and abilities:
  • A proven track record demonstrating strategic thinking, critical analysis, and problem resolution.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple responsibilities and deadlines.
  • A basic understanding of employment law.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adjust delivery to your audience as needed.
  • A team player. Enjoys building relationships and working closely with others.
PRG offers the following perks and compensation:
  • $34-$40/hr depending on experience with the annual bonus incentive for performance.
