Position Overview
This role involves collaborating as part of a team to conduct inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on Corporate and General Aviation aircraft.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the necessary temperament to thrive in a dynamic environment while consistently prioritizing safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities
1. Execute effective troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of aircraft in compliance with relevant regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and company protocols.
2. Maintain precise and reliable aircraft maintenance records by accurately documenting and completing required forms, computer entries, and logbook entries.
3. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
4. Ensure a clean and organized workspace.
5. Perform job responsibilities safely.
6. Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certificate
- A minimum of two years of experience in General Aviation and/or Corporate aircraft maintenance
- Familiarity with Federal Aviation Regulations and manufacturer manuals
- Possession of necessary tools
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in avionics
Work Schedule
This position typically operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. As part of your employment, participation in the AOG/On Call program is required, with training provided for Airline On-call maintenance, lasting for a duration of 7 days.

Compensation for callout work will include callout pay in addition to your hourly wage, as mandated by state law.

Reports to: Director of Maintenance
Supervisory Role
This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.
FLSA Classification
This position is classified as nonexempt.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this role, employees may frequently encounter moving mechanical components.

Employees may also be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme temperatures, high and precarious locations, outdoor weather conditions, vibrations, and chemicals such as aviation fuels and oils. The noise level in the work environment is typically loud.

Travel Requirements
This position may involve minimal travel.
Physical Demands
Must be capable of frequent walking, sitting, stooping, stretching, bending, reaching, and grasping. There may be a requirement to work nights and weekends, and regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
