First Aid Sales Representative Full-time

Reports to: District Sales Manager Salaried/Exempt

MISSION

To call on business owners, senior-level decision makers, and executives to promote Wildman solutions in support of our products. The position will develop and present competitive solutions by promoting Wildman’s reputation, reliability, and industry stature. This role is responsible for achieving sales targets focused on First Aid, AED, and Eye Wash.

KEY OUTCOMES (KPI’S) (3 to 5 Plus Culture KPI)

1) OUTCOME: Onboard 75 new sweet spot First Aid customers per year.

· Hit activity requirements of 75 phone block calls, 40 cold calls, and 10 presentations weekly.

· 100% Utilization of Salesforce CRM after every activity.

2) OUTCOME: Actively prospects Wildman’s service territory for new opportunities primarily through our sweet spot prospects and collects and documents competitor information and product line opportunity.

3) OUTCOME: Prepares and presents Wildman’s value proposition by possessing and maintaining knowledge of Wildman’s product offering.

4) OUTCOME: Installs First Aid, and AED kits at the customer’s location.

· Timeliness is of the utmost importance. A quick install ensures the competitor from saving/retaining the business.

5) OUTCOME: Attends and participates in team strategic sales meetings to present competitive market information within Wildman’s service territory to best help target and acquire new customers.

6) OUTCOME: Perform Consistent with Wildman Core Values.

  • Proof of insurance and a clean BMV record is required.
  • Ability to use telephone/cell phone to communicate with customers, inside sales and support, and outside sales personnel.
