Your work will have a direct impact on our reported financial results and ensure compliance with internal controls and external legislation. You will care for a variety of tax paperwork pertaining to Account Registrations, Power of Attorney (POA), Tax Payer Authorization (TPA), Account Closures, and Name Changes. You will also be responsible for working with various state agencies to research and/or analyze in order to identify root causes and obtain tax account numbers. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with ADP to resolve Federal, State, and Local tax account setups. Respond timely and accurately to inquiries from Federal, State & Local taxing jurisdictions. Perform Federal, State, and Local research requiring efficient and detailed analysis. Maintain tracker for Late Original filings. Research and take appropriate actions to care for Codes Not Filed/Codes Not Mapped. Complete tax paperwork including TPAs, POAs, account registrations, and closures. ADHOC projects as assigned. You'll need to have: A Bachelor's degree or one or more years work experience. One or more years of relevant work experience with multi-state and local taxes. Experience in Customer Service and HRMS/Payroll Processing system applications. Experience with Microsoft EXCEL. Payroll Tax experience /Multi-state. Tax Notice Resolution experience.
