Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Payroll Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and a passion for helping businesses succeed through the use of our payroll solutions. As a Payroll Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand potential clients' payroll requirements.
  • Present and demonstrate our payroll solutions to potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in payroll, HR, or a related industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
