What will the role entail? You will be provided with thorough training for the first 4-6weeks and paired with another member of our team to best understandour systems and processes. This is your opportunity to take notes,absorb the day-to-day operations of PRC, and start to answerincoming calls with team support to get your familiar withnavigating our systems. Your duties will include: Answering a high number of incoming calls (80-90 per day)from our patients and assist with their enquiries Schedule appointments accurately across various clinics forseveral modalities (e.g. X-RAY, MRI, Ultrasound). Support our patients by providing them clear and detailedinformation on preparation for the procedure and billinginformation. Liaise with PRC’s referrers, our Clerical &Technical Clinic staff What do the working hours look like? We currently have three (3) full time and three (3) part timeopportunities available. As a permanent part time employee, you areexpected to be available a minimum of 3 full days per week working7.5hr per day (Monday is mandatory and other days are negotiable)and you must be available for rotating shifts between 8am and5:30pm. Upon successful completion of your probationary period,Saturday morning shifts are available should you wish to pick upovertime. To allow you the best chance at succeeding in your role, we dorequire you to be available full-time for the initial 4 weeksof employment to undergo training with our team. We understand you might have personal commitments and PRC striveto provide flexibility to our employees, subject to completion ofinitial training and your performance; we might consider workingfrom home opportunities in a hybrid model after a certain period ofemployment What do you need to be considered? This is a fast-paced role, receiving a high number of calls perday so you must be able to: Consistently provide excellent customer service Have a resilient attitude & good attention todetail You will be surrounded by team leaders and colleagues forsupport, although this is a team environment you must be ablecomfortable working independently as part of your role.
