As a Transportation Coordinator, you will be responsible for obtaining quotes from our partner limo and/or motorcoach companies, tracking data for reservations of traveler pickups and drop offs, and note routes for traveler transfers. Role & Responsibilities:
  • Obtaining quotes from limo and motorcoach companies
  • Entering data into our reservations system for traveler pick up and drop offs
  • Researching transportation routes for traveler transfers
  • Assisting with the daily duties of the Transportation department
  • Work as a team member with other staff within the department and company
  • Assisting, at times, with dispatching
  • Assist with any other related projects as needed

Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of the IL, IN, and WI areas
  • Intermediate or above skills with MS Office Suite, Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Travel or transportation industry or administrative experience preferred
  • Must be reliable and have a positive attitude
  • Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends
