Job Description
As a HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR Department in various functions, including benefits administration, payroll, performance management, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS and payroll systems.
Assist with benefits administration including reconciling vendor invoices and resolving any discrepancies.
Verify and update employee payroll information, including deductions and benefits.
Review and approve payroll registers.
Address payroll and benefits-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Manage HR budget which includes coding and processing invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Assist with auditors' requests, as necessary.
Address employee queries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related inquiries and issues.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Work Experience
A minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience.
Proficiency in SuccessFactors or equivalent HRIS.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies and employment laws.
Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Keen eye for detail and high level of accuracy.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
