Our Business development center is an integral part of our customer satisfaction experience. We pride ourselves on helping people solve problems over the phone.

Responsibilities - May include but not limited to.
  • In bound Sales calls Scheduling Appointments
  • Out bound Follow up calls
  • Customer Service
  • Tracking Calls
  • Following Word Scripts - phone up scripts
  • Excellent customer service using the skills of MAGIC
  • Manufacturer product knowledge
Requirements
  • Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Multi line phone skills
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong Multi-tasking
  • Preferably Bi-Lingual
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Possess good computer skills
  • Team player attitude
  • Excellent follow through skills
