Day to day management responsibility for Client Services team for Remitco Outsourcing Operations. Ensures execution of day to day service solutions and/or proactive service solutions to clients. Ensures process to review outstanding support issues and escalates issues to the appropriate technical or operations team(s) for sites/client supported by his/her team. Ensures cross-corporate support from all levels as needed. Responsible for staffing, coaching, motivating, evaluating, and training staff of up to 15 direct reports. Executes strategy to support departmental needs including training, standard operating procedures, client information database, BIA/BCP, workflow management, strategic projects, and incident response management. Leads/Performs complex problem solving, identifying and implementing solutions for service trends, soliciting and understanding Client needs, and managing the holistic operational Client relationship

Basic Qualifications (BQs)

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Information Technology and 5 years managerial experience. Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

Education: Additional education in Project Management

Experience: managing geographically distributed teams, expert knowledge of transaction processing systems, formats, products, services, and industry association rules.
