Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform multi-entity accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial reporting across multiple entities.
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and expense reimbursements.
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including invoicing, collections, and application of payments.
  • Maintain General Ledger (GL) accounts, ensuring proper classification and accurate recording of financial transactions.
  • Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure bank balances match with GL accounts.
  • Lead month-end and year-end close procedures, including preparation of financial statements and analysis of variances.
  • Prepare and file end-of-year 1099 forms and assist in tax preparation activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years experience in accounting.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task, be solution focused and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organization skill and attention to detail.
